Guide to Printers and Printing
Scheduling print jobs
Use the SMIT fast path to perform the following tasks.
Prerequisites
Your root user login name must be included in the /var/adm/cron/at.allow file, or you must
have root user authority.
To list all scheduled print jobs:
At the system prompt, enter:
smit lsat
This command displays a list of all the print jobs you have scheduled. If you have root user
authority, the command lists all currently scheduled print jobs.
To schedule print jobs:
1. At the system prompt, enter:
smit sjat
2. Select or enter the appropriate date and time fields.
3. Provide additional information as prompted.
To remove a scheduled job:
At the system prompt, enter:
smit rmat
Select List to delete the job number.
